The rooms are clean and chock full of amenities. Room tip! It’s only a 3-story building but there are no elevators so think ground floor if that poses a challenge.
Swim Up rooms are perfect for a room service breakfast made to order, straight on to the sun bed followed by a trip up the lazy river to the swim up bar.
The top floors feel the Caribbean breeze and the balconies feel more private with the sheltering palms. If sand between your toes is your thing, then grab a beachfront room. You’ll wake 10-15 yards from the beach.
Some folks like to be near the nightlife and enjoy the music and action. Others want to be in a room away from the dancing and music that goes on until after midnight. Just make your preference known before you book your room.
We only had room service bring a pastry and juice service in the morning. The truth is that by 7:30 a.m. we were at the Vida Garden Grill Restaurant for two reasons. We love the orange honey French toast and the strawberries with saffron and brown sugar cinnamon.
If our day was particularly busy we took our huge appetites to the La Carreta Restaurant. I went for the beef tenderloin prepared tampiquena-style. It comes with 7 muy delicious side orders.
If you spend any time hoisting drinks at the Arrecifes Swim-Up Pool Bar the aroma from the restaurant becomes irresistible. Arrecifes is part of the Gourmet Inclusive treatment at the resort with International specialities.
Between meals I recommend checking out the Sandwicherie. Grab a seafood pizza with sea scallops, squid and shrimp for a pie that is out of this world. I really like the chapata sandwich made with lamb, mint flavored mayonnaise and tomato confit.
Everything at the El Dorado seaside suites by Karisma is stellar. This is a stunning setting where superior service is delivered by genuinely friendly people. Here you will make the romantic memories of a lifetime.
