Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00am until 6:00pm, Eastern time.

However, we’re all a bunch of workaholics who don’t know when to go home, so you’ll generally get a prompt response from us even outside of those hours.  Unless it’s "Happy Hour" at our favorite local cantina – then it could be a while 🙂
